Hello,Helen: I'm not sure, but he could be related to. The bassett clan. From new douglas, IL. If this is the same charles bassett, that hung around,with: Wyatt&Bat, then you may have a connection. But i can't be sure. All i know is that i was told ,that my mom. Had a g-uncle,who's name was: Charles(Charlie)Bassett. And i think Charles, Is a cousin of the: Earps.
