Dear Jeffrey: I'm delighted to find your message and the info on David Bassett and Phoebe Terry. I didn't know about the 2nd wife. Info left me by my mother indicates that there was another daughter, Susannah, who married an Isaac Baldwin. Susannah was born in 1799, m. Isaac in 1817, and d. in Ct. in 1884. I was left a long line of descendents but have been unable to find any of them thus far. I've ordered an inter-library copy of C.C.Baldwin's book but if you have any more info., I'd be grateful.
Also I have some info about David being in the Army in 1812. Have you come across Susannah in your research? Dianne
