Jane Basset, aka Joan born in Thorpe Bassett, East Riding, Yorkshire, England. She was the daughter of Ralph Bassett, 3rd Lord of Drayton and Joane Beauchamp. She married John de Stourton. He was born Abt. 1340 in Stourton, West Riding, Yorkshire, England, and died 1364. He possibly married first: Catherine Beaumont, daughter of John de Beaumont and Eleanor de Lancaster.
