My name is Judy Treleven. I am sitting here with my sister, Cathy Kirk. We are both direct descendants of John Napoleon Bashaw, son of Nelson Bashaw, Lake Geneva, Wi. We are just beginning the hunt for other ancestors.

John Napoleon Bashaw, married to Ida Barney, had at least one son, Fred Bashaw, who was our great grandfather. Fred married Sadie O'Neil and they had three sons, Alan, Donald and John Theron. Alan married Clara Hoagland and together they had two children, BettyLou (Anderson) -- our mother, and Jack Hoagland Bashaw. There is more to share of Fred's family members.

We are going to visit the Bashaw family plot in Lake Geneva later on in September to try to identify a Charles Bashaw (Uncle Charlie) that my grandfather spoke of.
