Louise rand bascom was married to George Watson Barratt, born Salt Lake City, the son of Laura M. Watson and Isaac Milton Barratt. Laura Watson, born 1st August 1853, Hanover, Ohio was the daughter of Joseph Warrington Watson and his first wife, Keziah Smith, both of Columbiana County Ohio. Joseph Watson became a successful silver miner in Colorado. Laura married Isaac Milton Barratt on March 6th 1877 in Arapahoe, Colorado. Laura Watson died Salt Lake City 14th August 1884. Isaac Milton Barratt was born 29th October, Maryland and died 8th October 1908. George Watson Barratt died 1962. Laura M Watson was my grandmother's half sister.
