My great grandmother was Mary Isabel BARTON, b. 1880, California, married Edward L. Hunter, resided in San Francisco, California. Her sisters are: Elizabeth Ann b. 1876-1878, married Matin DUDDY, resided in San Francisco; Lillian, b. 1892, married JONES; Clara Justine, b. 1894, married Perry A. JARVIS, resided in Concord, California and San Francisco. I am looking for any other siblings, as there is a gap of 12 years between the births of Mary Isabel and Lillian. I cannot find these sisters on any Census records with their parents. I do not know their parents' names. Census records for the sisters with their husbands indicate their father was born in England and their mother in California. Death records for three of the sisters indicate their mother's maiden name was THOUMAN(N) but I have not been able to find anything about this surname. Is there anyone who has more information about this family? Help and suggestions would be most appreciated!
