Descendants of Adelbert Clarence 1869-1958 who married in 1887 Elizabeth Ann Clark 1869-1950 are a DOUBLE Bartman line.
1st Line - Adelbert Clarence bartman was the son of Charles Griswold Bartman 1832-1906 who married in 1857 Jane Elizabeth Otis 1837-1875. Charles Griswold Bartman was the son of William Thomas Bartman I 1800-1874 who married in 1822 Mary McCoy 1799-1846. William Thomas Bartman was the son of John Joseph Bartman 1758-1850 who married in 1801 Lydia Ann Bogue 1777-1840.
2nd Line - Elizabeth Ann Clark was the daughter of William Henry Clark 1844-1916 who married in 1864 Euphemia Lydia Haines 1846-1898. Euphemia Lydia Haines was the daughter of Charles Haines ca. 1808-1861 who married in ca. 1845 Sarah Ann Bartman ca. 1817-after 1880. Sarah Ann Bartman was the daughter of John Joseph & Lydia Ann (Bogue) Bartman listed above. Added Notes. John Joseph Bartman was born in Baltimore, and usually went by Joseph. Lydia Ann was the daughter of Richard-3 [Daniel-2, John-1]Bogue and "Sugar Girl Mose". She was a local Native American, and the name given is from family oral tradition.
