I am seeking information on GRACE BARTLEY, maybe from Elkhorn or Pikeville,Kentucky.
She married/met BOOKER T. HODGE, had 6 children with him. The children were placed in an orphanage. Grace then moved to Detroit, MI. She later married a Worley Stewart.
Children of Grace Bartley and Booker T. Hodge were:
John, Betty Rae, Christina, Ruby (who was "sold" or placed up for adoption) Anne, and Harvey.
Any information would be most helpful as I am just beginning my ressearch and have very little to go. Grace has passed away (1989) and left very little information.
