Bob,
I was wondering if you might have had any Bartley family who lived in Lancaster County, PA? My gggrandfather was John Bartley (born 1806) who lived in Salisbury Township, Lancaster Co. in the mid 1800's. Lancaster County Historical Society forwarded a copy of your letter to me, mentioning a marriage for your ggggrandparents in Lancaster County, thinking we might have something in common. I do know that my John Bartley had a son named Robert (b 1840), another son John (b 1836) and a daughter Jane E. (b 1837). Does any of this sound familiar?
