Forgive me, I still new at this internet stuff.
Regarding George Bartley, it is a tangled mess trying to figure who goes where. My ancestor John Ayrhart Bartley is in the line somewhere because his children shared in the estate of Peter Bartley, who died in Champaign Co., IL. Where did you arrive that George's son John married Margaret DeVoss, according to probate records his wife's first name was Elizabeth? I would be more that happy to work with you to solve this line. I don't believe our ancestor was the son of Christopher even though his middle name was Ayrhart
