Clavier Bartley was my great grandfather. They lived in McKean Co. Pa and my grandmother was Grace Bartley. Here is a newspaper article. Obit: Clavere L. Bartley (That is the spelling on the obit) Clavere L. Bartley, aged 71 years, highly respected resident of Coryville, passed away at the Bradford Hospital Monday morning, October 12th, following an operation for appendicitis. The deceased was born October 2nd, 1865 and has resided in Coryville for the past fifteen years, where he was foreman at the Pennsylvania Woods Products chemical plant. He was well known and liked. He had several times suffered from several attack of appendicitis and on Thursday suffered a serious attack. Mrs. Bartley passed away February 24th, 1936. Mr. Bartley is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Campbell of Jamestown, NY and Mrs. Grace Dean of Coryville. a son, David Bartley of Coryville; two sisters, Mrs. Nettie Nell of Holly Springs, Pa. and Mrs. Laura Arble of Altoona, Pa.; and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 2:00 o'clock at the home, Rev. M? H. Atkins officiating. Burial will be in the Moody Hollow Cemetery. (David Bartley should be Dana Cory whom was raised by Clavier Bartley). I also have the actual death certificate on Clavier's wife but, I can not find her obit.
