Let’s share information about these families. I wonder if we are talking about two different families?

In 1850, I have Samuel and Mary Bartley in 1850 Hickman, TN pg. 30
1850 Hickman TN pg. 30 #412;
Bartlett, Samuel 70 NC,
Mary 58 NC,
Samuel 26 NC,
William 21 TN,
Jane 22 TN,
Elizabeth 19 TN,
Isabella 15 TN

(Isabella is my ancestor. She is also known as Savilla. She marries Elias G. Clayton.)

In 1840, they are located in Hickman, TN
In 1830, they are located in Bedford, TN, pg. 26
In 1820, they are located in Orange, NC.

This William would be born in about 1829.
