William Bartley, son of Samuel and Mary, was in the 1850
Russell CO, VA Census married to a Milla or Millie. He was born about 1813, and she was born about 1819. They have several children in their household. A cousin of mine is looking for the family of this Millie. He thinks she was a Goins. In the 1850 Russell CO, VA Census, William Bartley was born in NC, and his wife was born in Grayson CO, VA. All their children were born in Russell CO, VA according to the census. Any assistance on this appreciated.
