The only link that I am aware of is my great-great grandfather(John Bartley) married a woman who I believe is named Amanda or Mary Amanda, don't know her last name, and she and her family were from Georgia. This would have maybe been around 1840's or 1850's. She is listed in the Texas 1870 census as being 48 years old. They had two children-Lydia and Elijah Bartley. Elijah had one son that he named Elijah Riley Bartley. Hope this helps.
