Hi Nina
I think I have E-mailed you before. There might be a connection somewhere between us. My GGG Grandfather Francis Bartley Married a woman by the name of Elizabeth Gibson. I show Elizabeths birth 1841. Whats interesting is that Elizabeths father Marshall Gibson was born in the same area and state as your Gibsons.
Marshall Gibson would have been born 1805 and is my 4th great grandfther. My Bartleys are from Hardin, pike, Louisville Kentucky. Also Francis M Bartley served in the civil war. If anything sounds familiar or a connection can be made write back. I will share what information I so far have. Thanks Tracy
