I too am descended from Jeffrey BARTLETT, the founder of Bartlettsville, Indiana ands/o Samuel and Mary (Tulley) BARTLETT.My dear paternal grandmother was Ossa Bertram “Tranny” BARTLETT (1898-1987), d/o Alonzo McDukle “Lonz” BARTLETT (1867-1936) and Charlotte Antoinette "Nettie" STARR (1873-1963), and the granddaughter of Jeffery.
