I'm still extracting BARTLETTs in the census records, and still looking for a link for you.

If I were in your shoes, I would try to trace from Louisa/Lisa down all-female lines to a living person and get that person to put an mtDNA test result on file. This would be the same mtDNA as Louisa's Mom, and a match could someday lead to her (and therefore her BARTLETT - or whatever SURNAME - husband). Family Tree DNA saves the DNA for 25 years, and it could someday lead to your ggrparents.
