Need help in locating birth place in Newfoundland of William Thomas Bartlett b. abt. 1855. He was the son of William Bartlett and Sarah who may have been born in England or in Newfoundland. William came to Ontario as a young man, worked on the Toronto, Grey, Bruce Railway. HE married Mary Jane McKittrick December 24, 1877 in Amaranth Twp., Dufferin County, Ontario. She was the daughter of James McKettrick and Ellen Smith. William died March 10, 1906. They had children: Pearle, Elsie, Hugh Frederick, Thomas E,; Willard Ernest, Gerald Percival, Williw and unnamed child. They lived in Owen Sound for a short while then resided in Toronto. Any help is greatly appreciated.
