I am a descendant of Julia Ann Bartles sister of Jane Bartles who married Hope Mills.
Their mother Margaret Wolf married in Greene Co., OH 26 Feb
1829 Frederick Bartles (Greene Co.,OH Marriage Records Book A,
page 197). Frederick Bartles was a grandson of Frederick Bartles the immigrant.
Margaret Wolf was born 4 June 1809 daughter of John Wolf and Mary (McColey). [Information from a bible record for the Wolf family provided me by Barbara (Wolf) Rogness of MI in 1980 and "Biographical History of Pottawattamie County, Iowa"(1891)
pages 611,612 which is a biography of W.J. Coleman.]
