that I have , and hopefully you can help
fill in my gaps !
Children of Caleb HINES and Elmira BARTHOLOMEW :
1.John Caleb Hines m Catherine Weir
( children were Josephine, Marie Corella,
John Clarence, Joseph McClelland, and
Laura Brown ) NOTE : The middle names are
probably a clue ?)
2.Fredrick Hines m Ann Nargny of OH
( children were Flora, Etta,
Anna May, and Xenia )
3.Nathan Hines m Mattie Jackson of PA
( children were Albert and Etta)
4.Anson Hines m Lavina Neighbors of OH
( chidren were Elsie and Bertha )
5.Lyndon ????????
These are from my grandmother's notes
scribbled in her Bible. She shows Elmira's
dob as Sept 11 1802 in RI or VT and dod as
Oct. 23 , 1884. They settled in Newcomerstown
Tuscawarus Co OH 1834-36.I haven't a clue as
to parents / siblings of either Caleb or
Elmira and would appreciate any information
anyone could offer.
