My ggg grand father was Claudius Barthelemy/Bartelemy/Bathelme/Barthelme which later became Bartholomew. He came to Canada with Montcalm in the late 1750's and later moved to Derby, CT. where he married and raised 10 children. He was allegedly born in Marseille, France, around 1737.
