Batavia (Illinois) Herald, Aug. 22, 1907 J. Seth Anderson and Darius Bartholomew of Batavia, Charles Olson of Geneva and John Bell of St. Charles have been summoned by United States deputy marshals to serve as members of the federal grand jury that is to hear the evidence against the Chicago and Alton railroad of its relation to the Standard Oil Company of Indian in connection with the offense for which the Oil company was recently fined $29,240,000 by Judge Landis. --- This newspaper item is posted as a courtesy.
