John My research is mainly family histories. Genealogy of course come into any research. In this years research, what little I have done, explains my YDNA testing. Also included is my questions about the George Wells Bartholomew book where much of our genealogy is taken from. When we started looking for family histories there was no one place where the history of General Joseph was located. We now have a good understanding, I feel, of the General and his life. I compiled all the information I could find on the General's siblings. What I have I have confirmed what is included in the George Wells book. Also I have a piece about his miitary service, his application for land for his past military service. Also, I have a copy of his will. I have what has been recorded in the Licking County and Porter County history books about his life. What I still am looking for and would like very much like to have is a photograh of him and his wife if one exists. I would be happy to send you a copy of this years research if you would like. There really isn't much but you are welcome to it. I would need an address to send it too. The questions of General Joseph's parents still exist. Perhaps they will never be confirmed, but I will keep looking. Dan
