See starting on p. 479 of the Record of the Bartholomew Family. Jacob is my line also. His father Jacob b. about 1710 (p. 464). Your Jacob b. in Lancaster Pa in Feb, 1758 married Christiana Tarr, and died in July 1832. She survived her husband some ten years and died in Brown CO. OH. Children: Elizabeth, David, Joseph, John (my line), Jacob, Susan, Samuel, William. Might be more. All I have is some photocopies p. 459 up to p.481. Lots of information in there. Judy
