The book is also at the library of Congress. There is another on one of the lines I have a copy of. I recently visited Burford in England and the family church. It hasn't changed much from the descriptions in the book. A brochure from the Church identifies the Bartholomew Chapel as Bartholomew Isle. Further, the Burford Grammar school is still there as is the family estate on the hill.
