Dave,
I got the information about Frisbie
from a Maggie who also turns up on
this website from time to time. Check
out her site at http://www.geocities.com/
heartland/estates/4456. She seems to be
pretty knowledgeable about us Bartholomew's.
Thanks for giving me the address for the
Higginson Book Co. I ordered a copy of the
Bartholomew Record in October, but I'll have
to wait another month or so until I receive
it. I think my family might be from the same
line as yours. I believe we must have branched off pretty early on though. By about the 1750's my group was in Whitehall, N.Y.
They moved to Northern Illinois around the
1840's and have stayed in this area ever since.
