RLB said he was born in Des Moines, Iowa Nov 8,1878. Also said father and mother were born in IA, though they are unknown. Pictured as football player in 1890's. RLB censused in Des Moines in 1900. Married in Germantown, PA 1907. Played golf and sold real estate around Philadelphia til death in 1918. Any connections or thoughts appreciated.
