Francis Bartels citizenship papers 1858

I was in a local antique shop and came across the citizenship paper of Francis Bartels dated Sept 3, 1858. Place of cititenship was the City and County of NY. The price on it was listed $25. If any body is interested I will be happy to go purchase it for them and mail it for cost. It seemed to be in real good shape. A family treasure that I would love to find a family member to reunite it with. I saw it in the shop Friday the 24th of October.
