I STILL don't know who the parents of Nancy Ann Bartee were.
Does anybody???? She was born in 1824 to ????? in Georgia.
She married Hezekiah Estes July 18, 1839 in Tallapoosa Co.,
Alabama. The bondsman on the license was "James Bartee"
and the person performing the ceremony was "J. Starr, JP".
My great grandmother was their last child, born after he
went to war - he died in N.J. prison after being captured
at Gettysburg. ANYBODY HAVE ANY IDEAS?????
