The Honoria Barry referred to was in fact one of the 12 unmarried sisters of Barbara Beveridge (nee Barry), your great-great grandmother. These girls had only one brother, Joseph, who was a founding member of the Irish Christian Brothers. He set up their house in Preston, Lancashire, where he died aged 54.
Barbara's parents were (Protestant) James Barry, from Cork and (Catholic) Anne (nee Cotter). Honoria was a popular name amongst the family of Anne Cotter because they were all descended from a remarkable Limerick woman, Honoria McCormack (known as "Honoria the Handsome") who lived through the Siege of Limerick during the 17th century.
