Deborah and Lydia Barrows are sisters, daughters of Benajah Barrows (about 1683-15 January 1754) and Lydia Bucklin. Benajah and Lydia Bucklin were married 13 August 1706. Deborah was born 14 September 1711 and died 16 February 1750/51. She married Nathaniel Ide on 14 February 1735. Lydia Barrows, born 29 March 1722, also married Nathaniel Ide on an unknown date. I do not have her death date. All vital events occurred in Attleboro, Bristol County, Massachusetts.

Benajah is the son of John Barrowe (1609, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk County, England-1692, Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts) and Deborah Doty.

Lydia Bucklin is the daughter of Joseph Bucklin and Deborah Allen.
