Father of Jacob Barrows who fought in war of 1812 Ohio

I am seeking proof of the father and mother of Jacob Barrows born in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, 27 Feb 1797 and died in Athens County Ohio. He married Anna Paulk in Athens Co Ohio and they had several children. I am a descendent of Jacobs son Evander and Amanda L Warren Barrows. I have found Jacobs birth date in several places on the internet, but have not found where this date comes from. If it is a church record that would probable have his parents listed. Can anyone help? (I previously was looking for proof of the parents for Evander and have found that proof in the Will of Jacob Barrows of Athens Co., Ohio)
