Richard,
There is a definite link to my family. I already had Edwin Barron (b 1848) and his father Robert on my family tree. Robert is the brother of my GGGG Grandfather William Barron (b 1805 in Morley). You are right, their father was Isaac Barron (b abt 1782, d 3 Aug 1857) and mother was Martha Slack (b 1785, d 1860), married 20 Feb 1804 in Batley. I have a great deal of info on the various branches of the Barron family which I would be happy to share.
I have one more sibling of Edwin Barron listed: William Rodley Barron (b Jan 1846, d Mar 1847). I also have a great deal of info on the descendants of Robert Barron (b 1855). He married Fanny ASquith (related to the British PM of that name).
Lastly, apologies for taking so long to follow up to your posting. I am returning to my research after a year's break, inspired by the birth of the newest member of the Barron family, my daughter Francesca b 16 Feb 2005.
Regards
Michael
