I'm wondering if you ever found anything more about the mystery behind Elizabeth Barrington.
I'm trying to find info about a John Barrington who married an Elizabeth Carville in Beaver, Beaver Co, PA in 1855. If you know of a Barrington family that lived in Beaver that might help me. Apparently at some time my Elizabeth took back her maiden name and raised her children in Iowa as Carvilles instead of Barringtons, so I don't know alot about the Barrington side of the family.
I wonder if your Elizabeth Barrington is related to my John Barrington who lived in Beaver in 1855 but later was part of an Illinois Civil War regiment. I think he was born in Ireland ~1833 and immigrated in the 1840's?
I'm hoping someone out there can fill in the gaps.
Thanks
