I have a Willis Leonard Barringer, b. cir 1838 married to Sarah E. Crowder in Union Co. IL on 21 Oct 1858. I have only one child for this couple - Serepta Ann Barringer, b. Dec 1859, Union Co. IL, d. cir 1911, Williamson Co. IL). Serepta married Thomas Jefferson Hale in Union Co. IL on 21 Jan 1879. I have 13 children for Thomas and Serepta.
I have more Barringer info if this appears to be the same family you are looking for.
