Stephanie,

I've performed the line-by-line search of the 1830 census of Jackson co, Alabama. I did not find Abraham Barrier, and I was pretty careful (searching each page first for Barrier and variants, then again for Abraham). I think what has happened is that the compiler of the Mississippi family genealogy found one "Abraham Boorder" in the census (as I did) and assumed it was Abraham Barrier. The only problem is that the oldest males in that household were age 20-30! It's looking like Kentucky in 1810 may be our last known mention of Abraham.
