Thanks for your reply. I took a picture of the road that has a sign on it that reads "Road Closed" and is blocked off. I wnat to send it to you by email so you can see if that is the area we are talking about. The picture was taken off Somerset Rd looking west. But we did go to an area just on the other side of this road closed from another street that goes north thencurves around east and heads downhill to an area that looks like it should have been chained. There was debris all over, cement etc. There seemed to be a private park that needed permission to enter into.
This was to the west of Somerset Rd. I believe we went east of Somerset Rd On Quesenberry Rd to get to the Ruiz-Herrera cemetery of which I also took some pictures of.
A map of the area shows Garza Crossing on the west side of Somerset Rd in the area we were at. It shows the crossing cut off from this curved road (?OLd Somerset Rd?), maybe because of the Medina River. Are Garza Crossing and Paso de las Garzas two different areas?
I have my de la Vara only back to Juan de la Vara who married Josepha de Ozuna on 5-2-1729. I am stuck on de la Vara here at this point and with Ozuna with Josepha's father. Do you have any info on any of them?
