I have just discovered that in my family tree I have a Barrowclough which is listed below:
BARROWCLOUGH, Joseph b. 1827 Mirfield Yorkshire. He married SCHOLES, Eliza in 1852, June.
Children: Fanny Barrowclough b. 1857
John Scholes Barrowclough b. 1858
Annie Eliza Barrowclough b. 1859
Robert Barrowclough b. 1861
According to the 1881 census they lived on Cambridge Road, Huddersfield,
Unfortunately this is all the info I have obtained thus far on BARROWCLOUGH. My main interest is with SCHOLES.
