Thanks for the info. I didn't know who Freedom's parents or siblings were. There are thousands of Barrowcloughs/Barracloughs but FREEDOM isn't listed too many places. I found the following info in the England and Wales, Civil Registration Index: 1837-1900:

(ii)       GLADYS BARRACLOUGH, weaver, These dates I have are too soon for Gladys to be born. Since FREEDOM & MARY HIRST m. Dec. 1898, GLADYS and ANNIE were probably born 1900 or 1901 or later. Gladys died 1979.

(Too Soon: b. March 1898, Hunslet)
married ALFRED STEWART, b. abt. 1893-98, professional soldier, joined army 1925-1933, rejoined 1933-145; demobbed in 1945. (d. 1984, 86 yrs.?), Mirfield, West Ridings of Yorkshire, England.

I'm interested in tracing FREEDOM's parents and working backwards. I'd appreciate any other info you have. I'll send you more if I find it. Thanks.
