I have a Hugh Barr born about 1770 in PA and I think that his father would be either Alexander or Robert born about 1740 to 1750. This father could have been born in Ireland as this family claims Irish descent. This father could have come to PA before 1770. I know that Alexander and Robert are common names in the Barr family. Hugh Barr names one of his sons as Robert Alexander. Please reply this request.
