We are told that Hugh, James and Thomas Fairhurst, are all sons of Thomas Fairhurst, deceased, of Pemberton, Weaver, and that Hugh is the eldest son. The property consists of a dwelling house with garden in Pemberton which was in the inheritance of Thomas Fairhurst, deceased, and is now the inheritance of Hugh Fairhurst.
