My grandfather was David Baron of this family. I have a good deal of information on the family tree. David's father's name was Julius (Yehuda) rather than Louis. I interviewed David, Isadore (Ike), and Arthur, along with the widow of a first cousin William (Will) Vladimir Baron. Julius and Rose emigrated from Zhitomir near Odessa. Julius' father was Yehuda ben Menachim Mendel, who remained in the Ukraine. I'd be very interested in pooling information on family history. According to David, Ida may have had family mementos from her mother.
