I have a two Harrison's in Meigs Co. I think the first might be the one you are looking for. He was born in 1836 and died 24 Sep 1893. I have him married to Mary A Congrove on 16 Oct 1859. I don't have a death date for her. Let me know if this sounds right. I will try and find a death date for Mary and then we will know for sure.
