Thanks, but I do not think they are the same people. Adam Barnhart was born in PA before 1816 and died "suicide by hanging" before 1854 but probably before 1850 census in Montgomery County, Ohio. Samuel was born in PA on January 1, 1819 and died in Miami County, Ohio on August 10, 1896. I believe them to be related some way to John (PA 1810-OH 1889) and Tobias Barnhart (PA 1810-OH 1896) of Troy (Miami County), Ohio. Court records indicate that Adam was a brother to Tobias. Thanks for your help.
