hi! my dads dad was john"bernard " barnhart. pop always said the familyname was not barnhart but bernhard or bernard or barnhardt. im looking for my grandfathers great garndfather William (wilheim?)barnhart who married maria lucas about the late 1840's. the census listed says they were in forkston pa then later in wilmot pa. thier daughter margaret was widowed and remarried in 1914 to Mr. Wood. i mention this because the record "might" acccording to my eyes looks like the spelling of margerets father is BarnHarDt. anyway, can anyone help out?
thanks tamara
