My father's name is Leon Barnhart, from Susquehanna Co, Montrose, PA originally (when he was a young lad) - He had 11 or 12 siblings in that are, with many many decendents. Leon's fathers name was Bernard Barnhart, who was an only child. Family lore has it that his mother died when he was young, and his father had trouble caring for him, so he was shuffled around alot. Word has it that Bernard mainly grew up in the Wyalusing area??? of PA. Bernard married Lillian Steele from Wyalusing, PA. I would like to learn more about Bernard's parents and life, if anyone knows. E-mail me anytime. Thanks!
