Jim,

I have a great grandmother, Maria (pronounced Mariah) Barnhart born 6 May 1850 in Andes, Delaware Co., NY. She was a twin. Twin brother is Richard. Other brothers I know of are Hiram Julius Barnhart and John Barnhart. My fr grandmother's obit says she had a total of 7 siblings. Her parents are Jacob Barnhart and Sarah Gregory Barnhart.

Please let me know if there is a connection here. Could your Barnhart be a sibling to Jacob Barnhart?
