Jerry and Peggy, I am interested in Jacob Barnhart , son of Charles and Nancy. Have either of you found more info on him? I think he may of had a second marriage to a Nancy , based on the following census;
1910 Ironton , Lawrence Co OH
Barnahrt, Jacob age 67 second marriage at age 38
Nancy Jane 69 "

1900Perry, Lawrence Co
Barnhart, Jacob age 56 b. Aug 1845 OH atends fire in ore
Nancy b. Nov 1840 VA VA VA
Johnson, Susan age 22 b.daughter April 1878
Elmer 3 May 1897
I cant find then in 1880
1870 Barnhart, Jacob 27 Iron ore mill
Sarah 22
William 6
Mary 3
Margt 1
some of the dates are a little off but I feel this is the same Jacob. He died Dec 15 1911 have either of you sent for his death certificate ? What do you think?
