Well...the Clara's I have on my list were not daughters to a "George"....but I wonder how common that name was...perhaps we need to review the locale better? Seems your BARNHARTS were in PA by 1862 for her birth...then she was mostly in WVA...mine were all in IN by 1850...(at least the group I'm tracking) and there was a group that moved on to CA ...but mostly everyone stayed in IOWA...hmmm...keep looking where Clara traveled to...ok?
