Looking for any info on Susannah that married a John H. Shaw. According to the 1850 Scott Co VA census she was born abt. 1819. They were married in 1843. She died in 1850 leaving 2 small children: Rebecca & Robert. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Please help me. I am trying to prove to the family that John was married before and to Susannah. And if so, then she is my ggggrandmother.
